The Key to a Trump Victory in 2024: The Noahide Laws

ADAM ELIYAHU BERKOWITZ

JUNE 19, 2024

As a Jew, I am deeply grateful for everything Trump did for Israel during his term in the White House. From the outset, Trump made his connection to Jerusalem clear. His campaign victory in 2016 and successes as president resulted from the blessings he received for his connection to Jerusalem.

Biden is quite the opposite. His state department has established a de facto Palestinian embassy in Jerusalem, greenlit the Iranian attack on Israel, withheld vital intel from the IDF, and embargoed weapons shipments to Israel during the war. But even if Biden were prop-Israel, it seems clear to me that another Biden term in the White House will result in global destruction as compared to Trump’s presidency, which marked one of the most prosperous and peaceful periods in recent years.

This raises the question of why Trump failed in his bid for reelection if his presidency was so successful. The answer emphasizes what he must work to repair if he reenters the Oval Office.

Even before Trump entered the White House, the FBI spied on his campaign and wiretapped his office. The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago contrasted sharply with the Justice Department’s treatment of Biden for the same alleged crime. The FBI concluded that Hillary Clinton had absolutely violated the law but gave her a pass for unclear reasons. The Hur special investigation concluded the same about Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. Spurious allegations of Russian collusion and a protracted yet pointless Mueller investigation crippled Trump’s ability to act as president.

These actions were carried out by unelected bureaucrats. As a Washington outsider, Trump was not savvy enough to root out his opponents who were already firmly entrenched in the “swamp”

This is not a matter of politics or policy. Trump’s difficulties resulted from neglecting one of the seven Noahide laws. With the fifth Noahide Law (Genesis 9:6), God commands Man to punish murderers. This is not due to logic or an innate sense of morality. The reason is “for in His image Did Hashem make man.” By punishing crime, Man is emulating God’s image.

But Biden has created a justice system in his own twisted image. The Biden administration has violated the Constitution numerous times, prohibiting landlords from collecting rent and using OSHA to require people to get vaccinated. In contravention of a Supreme Court ruling and a decision by Congress, Biden is refunding student loans to gain votes. The Biden administration has shown over and over again that it sees the rule of law as a tool to be used toward its selfish political ends.

At the same time, one of the Biden administration’s characteristics is weaponizing the justice system to safeguard him and his family from investigation and prosecution.

They have also weaponized the court system against their political opponent, Donald Trump, bringing a ridiculous amount of charges against him, the vast majority of which have been revealed to be spurious and based on nothing. The recent conviction was absurd and established many dangerous legal precedents. Most unbiased legal experts acknowledge that it should be overturned on appeal, but the US justice system may already be too far gone to fix itself.

This soul-disease of twisted justice is taking hold around the world. What we have seen in so many forms is lawlessness. It infected the International Criminal Court, leading it to make the most bizarre claims against Israel, going so far as to issue an arrest warrant against Benjamin Netanyahu, the leader of Israel.

This sin of injustice is what is destroying the world today, plunging us into one of the most turbulent and war-torn eras I have seen in my lifetime. Misguided youth take to the streets en masse, unashamedly claiming that Hamas was justified in its October 7 attack.

Trump did many things well, but to fix this soul-sickness of injustice, Trump must return the justice system to being in God’s image.

In his first term, Trump ignored the Noahide commandment to establish a God-based justice system. I believe he is paying for that now. I believe the entire world is paying for that sin. I support Donald Trump, but this is conditional support, conditioned on his fixing the court system. He must do it to retain political control but, more importantly, he must do this for universal godliness.

Commentary by David Duke. My recent video on Jewish extremism has garnered a lot of interest.  The following is an article titled Gentiles in Halacha from the Daat Emet Website in Israel. Daat Emet is a secular site written by Jews who reject the Jewish Supremacism that forms the core of Judaism. In Daat Emet you will find validated almost all my assertions about Jewish supremacism that I have made in my articles on Davidduke.com, in my books, and in my many lectures around the world. For pointing out the extreme ethnic hate and supremacist nature of Judaism I am often incorrectly condemned and slandered as anti-Semitic. Yet, the extreme hatred and body of Jewish law against Gentiles (and also against Jewish women) is almost completely unknown to most Gentiles as the Jewish-dominated media keeps people in complete ignorance of Jewish extremism. Interestingly, the same press that suppresses awareness of Jewish extremism constantly tells the world about the dangers of Muslim extremism.

Yet, it is Jewish extremism that led directly to the terrorism and ethnic cleansing that created Israel, that tortured more than a hundred thousand Palestinians and other Arabs in their prisons, and that terrorized and harmed millions of people such as in the recent attacks on Lebanon. The Jewish extremists are fomenting the so-called War on Terror and they are the ones who created the disastrous Afghanistan and Iraq War, wars for Israel not America. The Halacha is the core of Jewish Law.

Halakha (Hebrew: ????; also transliterated as Halakhah, Halacha, Halakhot and Halachah) is the collective corpus of Jewish religious law, including biblical law (the 613 mitzvot) and later talmudic and rabbinic law as well as customs and traditions. Like the religious laws in many other cultures, Judaism classically draws no distinction in its laws between religious and non-religious life. Hence, Halakha guides not only religious practices and beliefs, but numerous aspects of day-to-day life.- from Wikipedia

One of the core doctrines of the Halacha is that Gentiles (all non-Jews) are not human beings but animals. Correspondingly, it teaches that it is permissible for Jews to kill, harm, cheat, and steal from Gentiles, in fact such is sometimes even commanded by their law. It actually teaches that Gentiles are in three categories, those that obey all seven Noahide Laws (though in practice no Gentiles fit this category), Gentiles who do not keep the Noahide Laws, and Gentiles who are Idolater Gentiles (as Halacha considers all Christians).

We learn from the laws that we wrote here that there are three levels of killing one who is not a Jew: One, if he is a Noahide gentile, fulfilling the seven laws–a Jew who kills him is not liable to death by the courts as he would be had he killed a Jew, but he is liable to death by the hands of Heaven. The second is a gentile who does not keep the seven Noahide laws (and we know of no gentile who keeps the seven Noahide laws)–this one may be killed, but the Jews are not commanded to kill him. The third is an actual idolatrous gentile (as Halacha considers all Christians): it is a commandment to kill him. The Rama, in Yoreh Deah 158, section one, writes: “And therefore one is allowed to try medicines on gentiles to see if they help.” This is an explicit halachic license to perform medical experimentation by force on gentile slaves bought by Jews.–from Parashat Maatot on Daat Emet website

I urge every reader of Davidduke.com to thoroughly read this important Jewish website. It offers a portal to the world that our controlled media does not permit you to see. But, once you are aware of this world, you will begin to understand the source of many of the critical issues facing us. — David Duke

Gentiles in Halacha

Foreword — Daat Emet

For a long time we have been considering the necessity of informing our readers about Halacha’s real attitude towards non-Jews. Many untrue things are publicized on this issue and the facts should be made clear. But recently, we were presented with a diligently written article on the subject, authored by a scholar from the Merkaz HaRav yeshiva — so our job was done by others (though we have already discussed some aspects of this issue in the weekly portions of Balak and Matot; see there). Since there is almost no disagreement between us and the author of the article on this issue, we have chosen to bring the article “Jews Are Called ‘Men'” by R’ David Bar-Chayim (in Hebrew) so that the reader will be able to study and understand the attitude of the Halacha towards non-Jews.

In this article R’ Bar-Chayim discusses the attitude towards “Gentiles” in the Torah and in the Halacha and comes to an unambiguous conclusion: “The Torah of Israel makes a clear distinction between a Jew, who is defined as ‘man,’ and a Gentile.” That is to say, any notion of equality between human beings is irrelevant to the Halacha. R’ Bar-Chayim’s work is comprehensive, written with intellectual honesty, and deals with almost all the aspects of Halachic treatment of non-Jews. It also refutes the statements of those rabbis who speak out of wishful thinking and, influenced by concepts of modern society, claim that Judaism does not discriminate against people on religious grounds. R’ Bar-Chayim shows that all these people base their constructs not on the Torah but solely on the inclinations of their own hearts. He also shows that there are even rabbis who intentionally distort the Halachic attitude to Gentiles, misleading both themselves and the general public.

For the English readers’ convenience we will briefly mention the topics dealt with in R’ Bar-Chayim’s article:

Laws in regard to murder, which clearly state that there is Halachic difference between murder of a Jew and of a Gentile (the latter is considered a far less severe crime).

A ban on desecrating the Sabbath to save the life of a Gentile.

A Jew’s exemption from liability if his property (e. g. ox) causes damage to a Gentile’s property. But if a Gentile’s property causes damage to a Jew’s property, the Gentile is liable.

The question of whether robbery of a Gentile is forbidden by the Torah’s law or only by a Rabbinic decree.

A ban on returning a lost item to a Gentile if the reason for returning it is one’s sympathy towards the Gentile and compassion for him.

The sum which a Gentile overpays in a business transaction due to his own error is forfeit; whether a Jew is permitted to intentionally deceive a Gentile is also discussed.

One who kidnaps a Jew is liable to death, but one who kidnaps a Gentile is exempt.

A Jew who hurts or injures a Gentile is not liable for compensation of damage, but a Gentile who hurts a Jew is liable to death.

One who overcharges a Gentile ought not return him the sum that the Gentile overpaid.

A Gentile — or even a convert to Judaism — may not be appointed king or public official of any sort (e. g. a cabinet minister).

One who defames a female proselyte (claiming that she was not virgin at the time of her marriage) is liable to neither lashes nor fine.

The prohibition to hate applies only to Jews; one may hate a Gentile.

One may take revenge against or bear a grudge towards Gentiles; likewise, the commandment “love your neighbor” applies only to Jews, not to Gentiles.
One who sees Gentile graveyards should curse: “Your mother shall be greatly ashamed…”

Gentiles are likened to animals.

If an ox damaged a Gentile maidservant, it should be considered as though the ox damaged a she-ass.

The dead body of a Gentile does not bear ritual impurity, nor does a Gentile who touches the dead body of a Jew become impure — he is considered like an animal who touched a dead body.

One is forbidden to pour anointing oil on a Jew, but there is no ban on pouring that oil on a Gentile because Gentiles are likened to animals.

An animal slaughtered by a Gentile is forbidden, even if the ritual slaughter performed was technically correct, because Gentiles are deemed like animals. (Daat Emet does not agree that this is the Halachic reason for invalidating a Gentile’s ritual slaughter — but this is not the place to delve into the subject).

Their members are like those of asses” — Gentiles are likened to animals.

Between the Jews and the Gentiles — In the Aggadah, the Kabbalah, and in Jewish Thought

R’ Bar-Chayim’s arguments and conclusions are clear, Halachically accurate, and supported by almost all the existent major Halachic works. It would be superfluous to say that R’ Bar-Chayim fully embraces this racist Halachic outlook as the word of the Living G-d, as he himself pointed out in the “Conclusion” of his article: “It is clear to every Jew who accepts the Torah as G-d’s word from Sinai, obligatory and valid for all generations, that it is impossible to introduce ‘compromises’ or ‘renovations’ into it.”

On the other hand, we want to make it clear that Daat Emet — as well as any reasonable people who do not embrace Halachic laws as the word of the Living G-d — are repulsed by such evil, racist discrimination.

In the Hebrew text we have abridged the second part of R’ Bar-Chayim’s article, “Between Jews and Gentiles — In the Aggadah, the Kabbalah, and in Jewish Thought,” because, in our view, the Halacha is the law which obligates every religious Jew while concepts of the Aggadah, the Kabbalah, and Jewish thought are not binding on anyone, as our rabbis have already written: “And so the Aggadic constructs of the disciples of disciples, such as Rav Tanchuma and Rabbi Oshaya and their like — most are incorrect, and therefore we do not rely on the words of Aggadah” (Sefer HaEshkol, Laws of a Torah Scroll, p. 60a); we have expanded on this issue in the portion of Vayeshev.

An Indiana Farmer’s Journey to Caring for Red Heifers Brought to Israel from Texas

By Etgar Lefkovits - 13 Iyyar 5784 – May 21, 2024

Indiana farmer Larry Borntrager tends to the red heifers in Shiloh, Samaria, on May 18, 2024.

(JNS) SHILOH—When a small conference was held this spring in Israel’s biblical heartland on the laws related to the red heifer [Parah Aduma], both Hamas and Hezbollah posted the ad for the event on their Telegram pages.

Just months earlier, a Hamas spokesman in Gaza had chosen the 100th day of the Israel-Hamas war to cite the relocation of five red heifers to Israel from the Lone Star State as the reason for the Oct. 7 massacre.

“It seems like the whole world is talking about the red heifers except in Israel,” said Moriyah Shapira, a spokeswoman for Ancient Shiloh, the Samaria region where the biblical Tabernacle once stood. And which, for the last six months, has also served as the home of the select reddish-brown ginger calves which are theologically prerequisite to the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple, raising interest and eyebrows in the Christian and the Muslim worlds, respectively.

“They understood the importance of red heifers more than us,” said Shapira.

Upgrading their lodgings

When Indiana farmer Larry Borntrager, 76, first chanced upon the prized cows during a wartime trip to Israel last fall, his first thought was the state of their lodgings. The makeshift shed at the historical site was a far cry from the accommodations the animals had enjoyed when flown across the Atlantic first class as pet luggage two years ago.

“If they’re going to be used for such a holy [purpose], then they should at least be presentable,” he told JNS in an interview last week, recounting his first impressions of the heifers.

There and then Borntrager got to work. The retired farmer, who was raised on a dairy farm in northern Indiana, quickly made friends with the animals, cleaned their small shed, renovated the stalls and even installed fans ahead of the coming summer heat.

In the months since, he has become an inseparable part of their lives when he is in Israel, caring for them and checking in on them a couple times a week.

Three of the heifers to be bred

A new visitor’s center is under construction at the site, where the curious will be able to watch a film about the history of the red heifers, according to Shapira. The center is slated to be completed this fall.

In the meantime, three of the five animals, who are routinely checked by a group of rabbis for any blemishes that would strip them of their ritual eligibility (such as two hairs of a different color), have been disqualified and will be bred in the coming weeks via artificial insemination to produce more promising offspring, she said.

An unusual journey

Feasting on hay and feed in their upgraded lodgings, the five affable calves, aptly named Tikva (Hope), Geula (Redemption), Segula (Virtue), Techiya (Rebirth) and Nechama (Comfort), were glad to see the sprightly Indiana farmer as he entered their barn Thursday. Borntrager knows them all by name, and keeps a small notepad in his shirt-pocket with sketches of each’s distinct characteristics.

Borntrager, who is of Amish ancestry, is a Noahide, even declaring before a rabbinical court in Jerusalem that he observes the Seven Laws of Noah. It was this that allotted him special dispensation to care for the calves, if not as of yet a long-term visa to Israel.

His calling to Israel began back in the 1970s when he and his wife served as Mennonite missionaries in Central America. After the 1973 Yom Kippur War broke out, Borntrager says he was drawn to the Jewish state by what he terms an “inner calling.” He recalled feeling elated when he heard good news about Israel and down when the news was bad.

He was spending time in Israel’s Arava region with his wife and three sons in the 1980s when he first heard about the red heifers, and got connected with a dig in the Qumran caves looking for ashes of the ceremonies that took place over 2,000 years ago during the time of the Jewish Temples.

His plans to continue with the excavation were interrupted by the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on Oct. 7, 2023. Instead, he volunteered in an Israeli agricultural community near the Gaza border. It was during his visit to an Israel at war that he learned the red heifers he had first heard about a quarter-century earlier were actually in Israel; a friend took him to see them in Shiloh.

From the Lone Star State to the Jewish state

The calves, too, have had an unusual journey. Born in Texas to a special breed of cows known as Red Angus, they were only a month or so old when their owner connected with a group of people from Jerusalem who had put an ad out in a U.S. farmer’s magazine in search of the elusive red heifer, which hadn’t been seen in two millennia. They were offering a whopping $15,000 per cow (the going rate was $300-$1,000), according to Shapira.

After getting a deluge of replies, the group first conducted tests across the Atlantic via Zoom to see if the cows qualified before traveling to the Lone Star State to perform the intricate checks in person. One farm was of particular interest; the Christian owner told them by phone that he had indeed chosen the breed thinking that they could potentially serve in the Temple.

In the end, five female calves who because of COVID had not been branded—which would have disqualified them by religious law—were selected. Then, to circumvent restrictions on the import of livestock, they were granted special dispensation to fly to Israel as pets in first-class luggage.

Despite the stir their presence in Israel has created abroad, the idea that they would actually be ritually sacrificed is presently far-fetched, even if a small group of rabbis is now studying the relevant religious laws.

The enigmatic red heifer, or Parah Adumah, is first mentioned in the Book of Numbers, when God instructs Moses and Aaron to take “a perfectly red, unblemished cow, upon which no yoke was laid.” The animal is subsequently slaughtered, and its ashes used in a purification ritual.

Such animals were rare even in antiquity. Jewish sources state that only nine were slaughtered in the period from Moses to the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 C.E. According to the 12th-century Jewish sage Maimonides, the Messiah will offer the tenth red heifer.

“This ceremony hasn’t been performed for two thousand years,” Shapira said, downplaying concerns of a religious war. “The idea is to be ready with what we can.”

For now, the biblical quote, with a sample of the cedar wood and hyssop used in the ancient ceremony, are the only things on display outside their pen, and the calves seem destined both for longevity—and popularity as a tourist attraction after the war with Hamas ends.

For Borntrager, it makes no difference.

“This little thing I am doing is my contribution,” he said. “It’s most enjoyable for me to take care of them. I feel it’s rewarding.”
