Noahidist are trying to insert the Noahide Laws into American society. The public laws they have passed state that Noahidism is the foundation of American civilization (here). Here in the Rainbow Covenant, the Jewish author states that Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Frankin were learned in the Noahide Laws; he gives no source. 

"It has been said that Americans like Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franking, and other intellecutals, had an education in the Seven Commandments laws specifically"
