Under Noahide, non-Jews may not read to Jews from a Torah scroll: Book Review, The Rainbow Covenant

The featured image to this post comes from The Rainbow Covenant by Michale Dallen. The man at the front of the Jewish congregation is dressed like a Viking to exaggerate that he is a gentile (non-Jew). Notice how his face is drawn to make him look stupid. The image accompanies text stating that a non-Jew has no right reading from a Torah scroll before a Jewish congregation.

 "B'nai Noah have no business:

...

Goinging before a Jewish congregation and, in the course of its regular worship services, reading to it aloud from any portion of a Torah scroll." (Dallen, 2003, p. 72)
