Noahide book shows non-Jews giving up all holidays, only Jews may have holidays: Book Review, The Rainbow Covenant

The above-featured image comes from The Rainbow Covenant by Michael Dallen. The image shows non-Jews, even pagans, not keeping the sabbath, but commemorating it. Under Noahide Law, non-Jews (Noahides) are forbidden from practicing the sabbath, and those who do are executed (here). It is made clear that not only are non-Jews forbidden from keeping the Sabbath (though they must commemorate it in some way), they are also forbidden from creating their own holidays which the author dares to call "phony". How offensive is it to draw images of non-Jews giving up all holidays so they can only celebrate that Jews are keeping the Sabbath?

"Remember that man-made religion is a contradiction in terms, and that misappropriating what isn't yours is vile. Israel has a special relationship to Shabbat — and to the other Hebrew holy days — and people outside of Revolutionary Israel, unconnected to the whole of Torah, must respect it. B'nai Noah may not create artificial Sabbaths nor invent phony holy days for themselves. They stand in a different relation than Israel to Shabbat — it's simply part of God's plan." (Dallen, 2003, pp. 118)
