And the rest of the world. What do they have in common?
What can they have in common? What can bring harmony, world peace? Especially when there are so many tensions, so much competition.
Is there a panacea? Is there hope for the world? Is there a way?
Yes. Don’t take my word for it. Take the word of Moses, who at Mount Sinai was instructed by G-d to tell all the nations the seven Noahide laws.
And Moses passed this on to his students, and they to their students, and so on, to the present day.
Millions of men women and children witnessed G-d’s revelation at Mount Sinai. And they told their children, and they told their children, right to the present day.
So don’t take my word. Take the words of millions of witnesses, and their sages, throughout the generations. The Jewish nation survived miraculously through thousands of years of persecution. Mighty empires vanished, but the Jews lived on. So that the Jewish people were a light to the nations, right to the present time.
Moses is speaking to all the nations. And by fulfilling these seven Noahide laws, Americans and Chinese and Russians and the whole world will find peace. For the entire world. For all mankind.
A world full of peace and harmony. What a wonderful thought. And G-d told us how to do it.
