We have seen that jews are "obligated" to promote the Noahide Laws among non-Jews (here). Here is another example where Jews are saying the same thing, they "must teach non-Jews". It is non-Jews who are commanded to take up the sword under Noahide Laws, promoting the Noahide Laws is to promote Noahide violence. This is the creation of a Noahide army.
