In March 2024 the Alaska State House Journal published proceedings on the introduction of the annual Education and Sharing Day bill.  The Journal published that the Noahide Laws are "the basis for a just and compassionate society".  In 2018 the Alaska House passed a resolution recognizing the role of Noahide Law in education and human rights (here).

In 1978, the US Congress and President established the Rebbe's birthday as Education and Sharing Day in recognition of the Rebbe's relentless campaign to bring the awareness of the importance to educate our youth about these ethical values of the Seven Noahide Laws as the basis for a just and compassionate society.
