Under Jewish Law homosexual pedophilia with a boy below the age of 9 is not considered sin because the boy is not recognized as a "man" until his 9th birthday and so there was technically, in Jewish terms, no sex between two "men"; a Jew may also marry (thorough coitus) a 3 year old infant girl (here). However, as usual with Noahide Law, there are differences between how these rules are applied to Jews and non-Jews. It is likely that the only type of pedophilia that is allowed is between an adult male Jew and an underage Jew or non-Jew, because according to the Rabbi in this video, if an underage non-Jewish boy (aged 7) commits adultery with an adult non-Jewish woman who is married, both the non-Jewish boy and non-Jewish adult woman would be... and he says... "beheaded". However, a Jew below the age of 12 or 13, before their Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah, may have sex with an an adult Jew and neither are punished because the young Jew is not considered an adult and so there was never any homosexuality or adultery. If I understand the Rabbi's reasoning correctly, there is no or much less of a distinction between where a non-Jew is tried as an adult and when a Jew is tried as an adult. I think he is saying that non-Jews are always tried as adults whereas Jews are only tried as adults after their Bar Mitzvah/Bat Mitzvah. Now I wonder, if a 7 year old non-Jew is killed for adultery with an adult non-Jew, is he still killed if he has sex with an adult Jew? I mean, he seems to be punished as an adult either way... so is it that if an adult Jew and and non-Jewish boy have sex, only the non-Jewish boy is killed? Does anyone know the answer?
