Rabbi Danny Myers has been teaching us a lot about how things are going to run in regards to witnesses in Noahide courts verse witnesses in Jewish courts were Jews are tried under separate law which allows them to kill and steal from non-Jews (here) and commit rampant adultery with non-Jewish women (here) and pedophilia (here) - as explained by Rabbi Myers himself. Rabby Myers has already taught us that non-Jews are killed upon the testimony of only one witness, who can be a relative, and they are tried by only one judge, while Jews can only be convicted on the testimony of two witnesses or more, the witnesses can't be relations (more incentive to lie?), and they are tried by several judges (here). Jews are also entitled to an official warning against their crime while non-Jews are not (here). Now in this video [bad audio], Rabbi Myers teaches that while a witness against a non-Jew can be as young as 8 or 9, a witness against a Jew must be at least 12 or 13. The younger the child, the less reliable the testimony. Jews are protected from less reliable testimony while non-Jews are not.
