In 2012 the New York Law School law review published a paper written by Michael J. Broyde entitled “Jewish Law Courts in America: Lessons Offered to Sharia Courts by the Beth Din of America Precedent”. Mr. Broyde makes the strong case that because Jewish law (halacha) courts have been so successful at officially instituting themselves into America's supposedly secular legal system, all Islamic sharia need do is simply follow the Jewish halacha path to be successfully accepted into the American legal framework. Jewish law is already executable and enforced by secular law in some instances in America. Jewish Bet Din courts in America are designated by Israel and their ruling upheld by the Israeli Supreme Court.
US Public Law 102-14 is up to interpretations as to whether it makes Jewish Noahide Law actionable or not; the law states it is the "foundation" of American civilization, that it is the nation's responsibility to educate the country on the Jewish Noahide Laws, and that the US President will sign an "international scroll" with other heads of state pledging to return the world to the Jewish Noahide Laws, laws which would call for the decapitation of non-Jews who practice unapproved religions, blaspheme, or engage in "sexual immorality". The way the law is written arguments could be made that Noahide Law is now enforceable, and this would need to be played out in court. (here) Broyde who wrote the legal brief also wrote another legal paper on the question of whether or not Jews are required to force non-Jews to follow Noahide Law, he presents evidence from Rabbi Schneerson, who is praised in Public Law 102-14, that there isn't even a need for a Jewish court to enforce Noahide Law. (here)
Some Jewish organizations such as the Jewish Community Relations Council were already beginning to express concern with the American counter-sharia movement as far back as 2011. The problem with countering sharia, especially here in the United States, is that it sheds light on the already institutionalized Jewish halacha, if sharia is banned than halacha could be next, including Noahide Law. If Muslims and Jews are working together to legalize aspects of their respective laws in the United States this would be very worrying since prominent Islamic organizations like the Al-Azhar Sunni Muslims University in Egypt are working with Israelis to make the case the sharia law is compatible with Noahide Law and the two can be practiced side by side (here). While some claim there are too few Jews and Noahides to enact the slaughter of non-Jews required under Noahide Law, if Muslims pledge their sword and their law to the cause, this could hasten the onset of the Noahide World Order.
Already Legal Jewish Law In USA Could Help Muslims Accomplish The Same
After a lengthy trial-and-error history, Jewish law in America has found a home in a well-defined and expansive system of Jewish law courts around the country referred to as batei din. The Beth Din of America (BDA), one of the nation’s most prominent rabbinic courts, was founded in 1960 to accommodate the portion of the Jewish community in America committed to living in accordance with both secular and religious law. For some time, batei din struggled to find their footing within the American legal system. Secular courts were initially uncomfortable upholding and enforcing decisions issued in accordance with what was essentially foreign law. Today, however, the BDA provides a sprawling network of Jewish law courts that function as arbitration panels (and more), offering litigants access to a religious forum marked by the characteristic expedience and affordability of the arbitration process. More significantly, the BDA has gained widespread acceptance among America’s secular courts, which, to date, have never overturned a BDA-issued decision. As the Muslim community in America embarks upon a quest to develop and refine its own religious court system, it should regard the BDA precedent as a useful navigation tool.
