Invasive Israeli settlers in Battir say Palestinians can only stay if they follow the Noahide Laws

The Noahide Laws apply both inside and outside the land of Israel-Palestine (here), however the implementation of the Noahide Laws tends to be legally and physically more aggressive inside Israel. As of July 2020 a group of Israeli settlers have been invading the West Bank town of Battir, harassing the Palestinians who live there to leave their land. According to these settlers, the Palestinians may only stay if they become Noahides (or convert to Judaism). Jews have been seeking to convert Palestinians to the Noahide Laws (here) and Palestinian academics are working with the nascent Sanhedrin on this project (here), however Zionist Rabbis are making the argument that even if Palestinians do follow the Noahide Laws, they can still be killed (here).

Tal is overt in his antagonism toward the Palestinians of Battir. “I want all of Battir to go to hell…the State of Israel belongs to the Jewish people,” he says. “I have no problem with [Palestinians] staying if they agree to the Seven Laws of Noah [a set of prohibitions that Orthodox Jews believe are binding for everyone] or if they want to convert.”
